Our coaching model empowers people with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) so that they can better manage their lives and reach their goals. We are trained professionals who create customized programs and provide regular support in order to help our clients develop both skills and action plans that improve their daily lives. ADHD coaching may be effective for people with no diagnosis, but who have a desire to become more organized and efficient. It may also be useful for people with a variety of mental health conditions.
Our Speech therapy services are needed by people who have have trouble with talking, listening or reading, or impairments in clarity of thinking or memory. Speech therapy also benefits those experiencing hoarse voice, troubles swallowing, or certain functional breathing conditions, like paradoxical vocal cord dysfunction. Often these problems start because of an injury, a stroke, an infection, a tumor, surgery, or a progressive disorder. Speech therapy is short-term and aimed at helping clients overcome or adjust to relatively new diagnoses.

He offers practical and insightful interventions to enable clients to improve their lives.
